The bodyguard of Twitch streamer Adin Ross broke his arm while arm wrestling on a livestream and was somehow the calmest person in the room about it.
Fans of Adin might be familiar with Ant, his bodyguard, who has ended up getting involved in streams to disastrous effect on this occasion.

On the stream, Ant was having an arm wrestling contest against fellow streamer Zias and was giving it everything he had, putting all his might into forcing Zias' hand down onto the table. Bit by bit he was able to push the hand closer to the table surface, but Zias did not capitulate and held firm before disaster struck.
Ant was pushing down as hard as possible and putting his whole body into the attempt when Zias managed to push back a little bit, causing a sharp cracking sound as his arm wrenched away suddenly. Watch below, if you dare:
Everyone in the room could immediately tell something had gone badly wrong, with Zias pulling away from the arm wrestle and asking 'oh s**t, you good?'.

As everyone else started freaking out and panicking, Ant simply clutched his right arm and said: "It's broken."
Somehow the calmest person in the room despite his arm loudly snapping, Ant stayed sat in his chair while everyone else panicked.
Adin rushed to switch off the stream, a torrent of swear words pouring out of his mouth as he turned off the cameras.

With the footage gone the stream's chat was full of messages of concern for Ant, with people saying they could hear his arm snap and a few saying they knew having an arm wrestle was a bad idea.
One person declared it was time to 'PRAY FOR ANT' while another said it was 'so unfortunate' what had happened to Ant and said they were 'praying for a full recovery'.
Those who saw the footage wondered 'why did I just watch this' when they knew they were going to see a man's arm get broken, and it really isn't for the faint hearted.
While people can be really impressive in arm wrestling competitions there is a point where it's really not worth figuring out who is stronger, and that's when someone's arm snaps loudly enough for everyone to hear.

Adin recently got slated for his comments where he guessed that the average salary in the US was $100,000 a year, for which he was branded 'out of touch' by a whole load of his fans.
Chatting on the livestream with another streamer, their conversation turned towards people's pay and Adin completely failed to pinpoint how much the average American earns.
His guess was so outlandish that his guest couldn't hide their shock as they immediately wondered aloud 'did you just hear this motherf**ker' and asked Adin if he was 'f**king crazy'.
