A man charged with murdering his estranged wife gave a shocking answer when appearing on Family Feud that foreshadowed his horrific crimes.
Rebecca Bernadette Postle Bliefnick, a 41-year-old nurse and mum-of-three, was tragically killed in her home on February 23.
Illinois authorities later identified the suspect as Timothy Bliefnick, her 39-year-old estranged husband, who is accused of breaking into her home and shooting his former partner multiple times.

But three years prior, this same man appeared alongside his parents and siblings on an episode of Family Feud.
When the topic of marriage came up, Bliefnick gave a chilling answer:
As you'll see in the clip, host Steve Harvey asks the question: "What's the biggest mistake you made at your wedding?"

After a number of contestants give their answers, Harvey turns to Bliefnick, who says: "Honey, I love you, but 'said I do'."
The audience groans at the answer, leading the suspect to explain, "Not my mistake, not my mistake – I love my wife."
While viewers at the time found the aside amusing, in retrospect it's a haunting moment.
On Monday (March 13), Mr Bliefnick was arrested on charges of home invasion and first-degree murder.

Bliefnick appeared in court on Tuesday (March 14), where he was denied bond and will remain in Adams County Jail until at least March 23 when a grand jury is expected to review the case.

"Becky always envisioned herself working hands-on in the medical profession, so it was no surprise when she chose a career in nursing - her true calling - where she was able to provide care and comfort to people on a daily basis.

"Moving forward, our whole family will lovingly support and care for the boys for the rest of their lives in the ways we know Becky would want.
"To do this well, we have established this GoFundMe with the goal of establishing a scholarship fund in Becky’s name as well as to help with family expenses related to Becky’s death and the future care of her boys."
