A man who decided to scran on nothing but Subway for an entire month has detailed the shocking changes that have occurred to his body.
I mean, you can't beat a foot-long on the work lunch break, can you? But having that every single day is going to become tiresome, right?
Not to mention the impact having a jam-packed sandwich will likely have on your health long-term.

Nonetheless, Frian Frias, from Canada, decided he would embark on a diet only available on the Subway menu for an entire month - and the results are certainly surprising.
Regular customers of the sandwich chain will know there are many options to indulge in aside from their famous lunch sandwiches.
So, Frian decided to have the occasional cookie and chips once in a while, but because the aim of the challenge was to lose weight, the Canadian did try to limit himself on these items.

The content creator's aim with the challenge was to lose a stone, so he began by only having one meal a day, that being the Subway.
The cookies and crisps were seen as an afternoon snack, while the YouTuber often opted for a foot-long veggie sandwich and a small potato bun for his lunch offering.
Frian's new diet meant he was consuming around 670 calories a day, which is around a quarter of the 2,500 calories the average male should be having every day.
Because the influencer mostly stuck to healthy sandwiches and avoided meat products, he lost over a stone (15 pounds, 8kg) in that month.

When he took to the scales following the challenge, Frian weighed 12st 11Ibs.

What type of bread the YouTuber consumed was seen as a key element to his weight loss, as he said in the video: "The 9 grain wheat and the flatbread are made from whole grains, they have complex carbohydrates in them."
You'd think after having so much Subway over a short period of time, Frian would be fed up with the sandwich maker, but that is surprisingly not the case.

"I'm still going to have Subway on a regular basis after this, I'm just going to take a little bit of a break," he said.
Perhaps the wise move.
It comes after a woman who ate nothing but fruit for an entire month detailed the bizarre effects it had on her body.
