A TikToker has opened up about his 'expert lawyer advice' for if you get caught speeding by authorities.
Mike Mandell - who claims to be the number one lawyer on social media - uses the platform to share legal expertise with followers, whether it be surrounding getting kicked off a plane, having a bad landlord, or the risks of using a fake ID.
However, the lawyer has also revealed just what you should say if you're stopped by a cop for driving your vehicle too fast.
Lawyers are known for their slick words, but Mandell has bust out some pretty smooth moves, sliding into his car to enact a scenario between a driver and an officer, when an officer has pulled them over having caught them speeding to ask: 'Do you know how fast you were going?'

Mandell then states: 'Repeat after me. No officer. How fast was I going?'
'Never ever admit to speeding, because anything you say will be used against you,' he explained.
The post has since amassed over 50 million views, with users flooding to the video to weigh in on the scenario and their views on Mandell's advice. One said: 'Results may vary due to skin tone.'
