A TikToker has given a tour of his New York City apartment, and people are losing it.

If you've ever lived in a city, you know the struggle of finding a decent apartment. Sometimes you won't have a closet, sometimes your bedroom is part of your kitchen, and sometimes there's barely room to breathe.

Or, if you're TikToker Ron Ervin, all three apply. The comedian and actor lives in one of New York's smallest apartments, paying $950 for a 100 square foot room.

Ervin shared his video in response to another viral video shared by TikToker Alex Webber, who claimed to have the smallest apartment in New York.

He was quick to prove Webber wrong, with the charming video opening, 'Surprise b*tch, a challenger has appeared, before commenting on the fact Webber can fit a queen-size mattress in his apartment.

Ervin says, 'This guy has a queen-size mattress in his apartment. If I brought a queen-sized mattress into my New York apartment, it would crush me to death.'

He then proceeds to give a 360-degree tour of his apartment, which is essentially a small hallway.

Joking about the size of his apartment, Ervin says, 'Right, grand tour, everybody ready?'

Like all good Cribs episodes, Ervin starts at his front door, welcoming us in, but unlike the TV show, the tour ends in less than a minute.

Ervin begins the tour by saying, 'This is my front door. Stay with me, stay with me, stay with me, stay with me, you still with me? Still with me? And there we go.'

Literally, in the same time it took you to read the above line, Ervin can show his whole apartment.

The TikToker also makes a comment about his closet space, or lack there of.

'Oh you have a closet? Like an actual closet, to put your clothes in? Ok Bill Gates, let's sit in your BMW and talk about it some time,' he jokes.

Although that's where the video ends, Ervin has given more updates to his house tour after people naturally asked to see more.

And in another winner for video openings, Ervin settles a widely debated question about his apartment, explaining, 'Let's get this out of the way, once and for all, I don't have a stove. I don't.'

Ervin then proceeds to show the hotplate (not a stove), mini fridge and 'George Foreman grill that [he] found in the hallway of the apartment building', which constitutes his kitchen area.

However, the building does have a nice garden, complete with fairy lights.

So, outdoor dinner parties it is.
