Disney fans with deep pockets might be interested to learn that a stunning mansion, located inside the Disney World Resort in Florida, has gone on the market - with an asking price of $15 million (£12,352,200).

The seven-bedroom home is situated on the wonderfully named Enchanted Oak Drive, which is inside Golden Oak - a 300-property gated community on Disney’s property in Buena Vista in Florida.

The swish looking home, which was designed by Walt Disney Imagineering, is perfect for fans of theme parks, as it’s less than 10 miles away from Magic Kingdom Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Epcot.

Residents in Golden Oak are required to join a special club, with membership costing an additional $19,000 a year, which offers a bunch of cool perks such as tickets to the theme parks and shuttle services, as well as access to a gym, restaurants and spa.

Given that the house is literally sat on land owned by Disney, you probably won’t be surprised to learn that inside there are numerous nods to the multinational media company including a Millennium Falcon-themed home theatre, Disney-themed stained glass windows and ‘an exact replica of the marble fireplace found in the apartment above Cinderella’s castle’.

Agent Chris Christensen told Insider: “The ideal buyer is obviously someone who loves Disney like most of the people in the neighbourhood. And also, anyone who wants to live in an amazing, very secure Central Florida neighbourhood.”

The spacious property boasts nine-bathrooms, a games room, a sprawling kitchen with granite worktops and numerous other living areas.

Outside is just as fancy, with the home having its own pool, four garages and even an outdoor kitchen complete with pizza oven.

As well as the main home, there’s also a detached guest house for visitors.

A listing for the property reads: “As you step through the front doors, your eyes are immediately greeted by soaring ceilings with a grand staircase and a custom Swarovski crystal chandelier, there's also a row of custom Disney-themed stain glass windows overlooking the beautiful courtyard and sparking pool.

“The primary suite is located on the first floor and features a separate sitting area overlooking the pool, two gas fireplaces, and a spa bath with a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub which is sure to wash away the stresses of a long day.”
