Since the passing of Queen Elizabeth II earlier this week, many new stories have come to light and old ones have been rekindled.
And one of these stories is about the time Her Majesty turned down a private performance from Sir Paul McCartney to instead watch the latest episode of David Lynch's Twin Peaks - all because she loved it that much.
This was revealed in a Twin Peaks DVD box set that has resurfaced since the Queen's tragic death on 8 September.

The show's composer, Angelo Badalamenti, recalled the hilarious incident: "Back when Twin Peaks was kicking off around the world, I flew by Concorde to London, to work with Paul McCartney at Abbey Road."
While Badalamenti and McCartney were working together, the latter told the Twin Peaks composer a story that had him in stitches.
“[McCartney] said, 'I was asked by the Queen’s office to perform 35 minutes of my music to celebrate her birthday at Buckingham Palace. I’m very excited about it, and here comes the night, and I’m about to go on and the Queen kind of walks by me and says, 'Oh Mr McCartney, it was just so lovely to see you tonight.'

“And he says, 'Well, your Highness, I am so delighted that you invited me to help celebrate your birthday and I’m now going to perform for you, 35 minutes of my best works.'"
Badalamenti added: “She said, 'Oh Mr McCartney, I’m sorry, but I can’t stay.'
“And Paul says, ‘But your Highness', to which Her Majesty responded 'McCartney, don’t you see, it’s five minutes of eight, I must go upstairs and watch Twin Peaks.'"
Twin Peaks wasn't the only TV show the late Queen enjoyed with her corgis as long-suggested rumours have said she also enjoyed the BBC One quiz show Pointless while having her afternoon tea.

Presenter Alexander Armstrong said in 2017, a 'Palace insider' told him the monarch stumbled across the show in the early 2010s and was quickly hooked.
Other reports have suggested the Queen requested a Doctor Who DVD box set to be sent to Balmoral, and there has often been reports Her Majesty enjoyed Downton Abbey.
The monarch also visited the EastEnders set in 2001, so may have been a fan of the BBC soap, too.

King Charles III and the Queen Consort appeared in a special episode of the soap last year when they were then the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall.
