Mark Zuckerberg has become and internet meme once again.
Zuckerberg has been training to get into the UFC cage for some time now, but had to take a step back from the sport following an ACL injury late last year.
Last summer, the Facebook founder shared a snap to social media posing alongside MMA fighters Israel Adesanya and Alex Volkanovski looking undeniably jacked.
While he might be out of training for the foreseeable, he's still seems to be pals with Volkanovski and was seen in his corner at his MMA fight against Ilia Topuria in California last night (February 17).

But the tech mogul was far from a good luck charm for the Australian fighter, who lost out to Topuria following a second-round KO.
It wasn't just the fact that Zuckerberg was at the match that got people talking though, but a certain moment between him and the rest of Volkanovski's corner that was caught on camera.
In the snippet, people have accused Zuckerberg of 'acting human' and, you have to admit... he does kind of look like an NPC character.
Zuckerberg stands with Volkanovski's crew and bops along to the music while attempting to help them pass things around.

While I'm sure his intentions were in the right place... it's safe to say the 39-year-old wasn't really helping.
The awkward moment has been widely shared online, and people have some hilarious responses.
"Mark Zuckerberg looks like that really nice kid trying to fit in & hang with the bad kids," quipped one X user.

Echoing similar sentiments, another wrote: "Mark Zuckerberg with the Volk crew at UFC 298. Zuck looks like an awkward kid trying to fit in. Least he can nod yes."
"Mark Zuckerberg trying his best to act human," said a different person.
A fourth added: "Mark Zuckerberg cosplaying as a human at #UFC298."

In light of Volkanovski's loss, others said that Zuckerberg is 'cursed'.
"Mark Zuckerberg in your corner is the new UFC curse," suggested one MMA fan.
"MARK ZUCKERBERG CURSED VOLK I DONT WANNA HEAR ANY ARGUMENTS ABOUT IT... I'm coping. #UFC298," commented another.
Zuckerberg doesn't want to be on the sidelines, however. The billionaire wants to be in the octagon itself, and fellow tech mogul Elon Musk actually called him out for a fight last summer (despite previously showing no interest in the sport).

It's unclear if the fight will actually ever happen though as, several months from Musk's remarks, a date is yet to be set.
