We’ve seen the Chiefs and Eagles face off in the Super Bowl only once before, and that was two years ago when the Chiefs triumphed against their rivals in an epic game.
The Chiefs left it late that day, winning by 38 to 35 - with 17 of those coming in the final quarter, where the Eagles could only muster eight.
This time, it was a completely different story and the Eagles have now added a second Super Bowl to their trophy cabinet.
The Chiefs were looking to complete an unprecedented three-peat, and were listed as favorites going into the match, but fell far short of the expectation.

There have been rumors suggesting superstar tight end Travis Kelce will call it a day in the NFL after today, though it seems this hasn't come to fruition.
Quarterback for the Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes, had a night to forget, giving the ball away countless times. It comes as he became the fastest quarterback to 30,000 yards in October with it taking him just 103 games to reach the milestone - six less than Matthew Stafford.
Speaking to Fox Sports prior to kick-off, he was asked whether the potential to make history by becoming the first team to win three consecutive Super Bowls, he replied: "There isn't any added pressure, there's always pressure coming into this game.

"Our guys are prepared and ready, let's go out there and be us. We keep it simple, do our fundamentals and be who we are."
While Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley also spoke to the broadcaster before kick-off. He said: "It's no accident that we're here. We've got to lock in and do whatever it takes to win.
"I've been through a lot, but I have an unbelievable team. We've got guys who have been here before."
So, what will the win mean for the team?

Well, players like the Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, whose dominating performance against the Chiefs saw him claim MVP (most valued player), will take home $178,000.
While the losers will still take home six figures in the form of $103,000 - not bad going.
