"The officers observed multiple parties fire and then they observed multiple victims who had been hit by the gunfire," Murphy said.
Two of the victims were 15-year-old girls, while three 15-year-old boys and one 13-year-old boy were also shot.
The officer claims that investigators are using CCTV footage to try and identify the suspects.
"They've been able to determine two groups were beginning to converge on one another in what appears to have been some type of altercation," Murphy added.

He added: "That doesn’t mean taking guns away from responsible gun owners, but it does mean mandatory background checks and prohibiting high-capacity magazines that allow shooters to hurt dozens of people without even having to reload."
