A TikToker has recalled how a 'screaming' man got kicked off a plane after he refused to swap seats with him.

In the past few weeks we've been given warnings about tying ribbons to suitcases while the real reason flight attendants greet passengers as they board the plane was revealed.

Another big talking point involving travel is the seat you occupy on the plane, with everyone having their say on which seat they believe is best.
Nick, who goes by @nickfromohio on TikTok, knows all about the problems seats can cause on a flight.
"Why can no one just be normal on planes?" Nick asked in a now viral video on the video platform.

The flyer explained that he had 'planned accordingly' for the early morning flight by booking a seat at the back of the plane.
Taking his seat early, Nick had just closed his eyes when he got tapped on the shoulder by a man in his early 40s.
Nick explained in the clip that the man asked if he minded switching seats with him.
A bit startled considering he was sleeping, Nick questioned why he wanted to switch seats.

Well, the man claimed that his children were seated next to Nick while he had a seat number towards the front of the aircraft.
The man tried to explain that the move was a no-brainer as Nick would be at the front of the plane and would be able to get off quicker once the aircraft had landed.
Funnily enough, all of this was going on while no children were with the man.

The content creator ultimately refused to swap seats.
“I was like 'You know what I’m just a little bit tired, I don’t feel like going through the hassle of moving stuff around',” Nick recalled.
"You’re serious, you’re not going to let a father sit with his kids?" the angered man apparently said at one point.
Nick was growing increasingly suspicious that the man's kids were grown up, and his hunch proved to be correct.

"These kids aren’t little, you don’t need to sit next to these people," Nick hit back as he noticed the man's son was about the same age as him.
Things quickly got heated, as Nick explained: "He starts screaming at me, calling me all the names in the book."
In the end, the angry passenger was apparently escorted off the plane by security while Nick was upgraded to a 'first class seat'.
Nick concluded his video by saying: "If you want to go on a trip, just plan it better."
