A lawyer has weighed in after a video went viral of two plane passengers in heated debated over a reclined seat.
Another day, another plane argument, but this time it's not Tiffany Gomas having a profanity-filled outburst, but another woman unleashing her fury on a passenger sat behind her.
A video which has been widespread on social media shows a woman unleashing her fury on a passenger who kept 'push[ing]' her reclined seat 'back', and it's led to a heated debate online.

Thankfully, a lawyer has now come to the rescue to outline the proper plane etiquette when it comes to reclining your seat on a plane.
In the clip - which has been widespread on both TikTok and X, formerly Twitter - a woman can be seen turned around in her seat, addressing the passengers behind her.
She says: "The whole trip she pushed my seat."

Despite one of the passengers holding their hands up in the air, she continues: "No, you've seen it, no she did."
The woman argues: "I'm allowed to put my seat back. I'm allowed to put my seat back."
The video sparked an intense debate between social media users over whether you should or shouldn't recline your seat on a plane.

One user wrote: "They should NOT allow people to put their seat back IMO. It's just ridiculous how little space one has on a plane to begin with, to have even less of that is SILLY."
"I do not recline because it undoubtedly intrudes on the other person's space. Being on a plane primarily sucks, a little consideration goes a long way," another added.
However, a third argued: "I agree with her! You’re allowed to put your seat back!"
And a fourth tried to compromise: "If the person behind you is small lean it back, if they are big, don’t they are already uncomfortable enough. But people only think of themselves, a little bit of kindness and consideration goes a long way."

Lawyer and political commentator based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Ian Corzine has since weighed in on the matter, taking to TikTok to respond to the clip.
Corzine says: "Isn't it in the first amendment that you have a right to recline?

"No, actually that's in airplane rules and if you're sitting behind and have a problem with it then ask an attendant to reseat, otherwise, shut the hell up."
Well, that's that I guess. Recline away passengers.
