An airport coffee shop descended into chaos after an employee was dismissed from her job.
The coffee shop employee had been at Harvest & Grounds inside Concourse D at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on January 13 when she got angry during an argument with a co-worker.
Management intervened, but if they were trying to de-escalate the situation then they only succeeded in making things worse.

The employee was fired from her job, and a viral video of the incident begins with her demanding her 'stuff', referring to her jacket and bag, from behind the counter.
Her former co-workers do not appear to give it to her, and shout at her to 'walk away'.
She then attempts to get behind the counter, only to be blocked by a man in a red shirt.
The employee is visibly distressed, and tries again to get behind the counter to retrieve her bag and coat, only to be pushed away.

She then attempts to pick up a chair, shouting 'b*tch', but another employee quickly grabs it out of her hands.
The former barista then tries again to get behind the counter but another employee grabs hold of her and throws her to the floor.
Another employee comes between the two as the man in red retreats behind the bar, and the furious employee slaps the man in front of her round the face, before appearing to walk away from the shop.

But then she suddenly doubles back from nowhere, vaulting over the counter, where she is quickly grappled by employees behind there.
While behind the counter, she can be heard to repeatedly say 'get off me', while the man in red screams 'somebody's on the phone to the police, right?'
The employee emerges from behind the counter carrying her jacket and bag, stumbling as she comes out.

Recovering, she then walks out of the shop carrying her bag and jacket.
