A furious customer confronted a driver who appeared to try and get away with allegedly taking a few bites of her order.
The unfortunate DoorDash customer seemingly got Sesame Street’s Cookie Monster to deliver her cookies, and she wasn't happy about it.
Since everything costs an arm and a leg these days, it's more than fair to want exactly what you pay for when treat yourself to a takeout food order.

The customer also dealt with the driver so calmly despite the bizarre act, it is genuinely impressive. Take a look:
In the clip, which has gone viral on TikTok with over 680,000 views, the woman seemed to catch the driver red-handed.
User @diamondprestige_ recorded the moment she confronted the driver, insisting he had chocolate and crumbs on his face. Come on bro, you got to at least hide the evidence.

The driver bafflingly checked the bag he had handed the customer as she questioned him on why it was open, failing to give any real answer.
Social media users could hardly believe the ridiculous encounter and even questioned whether this was even real life.
“Him looking in the bag to see the open box… is equivalent to a student looking in his backpack for a homework assignment he know he ain’t do,” one user joked.

“The melted chocolate glistening in the corner of his mouth as he say ‘no’,” another remarked.
“I am SCREAMING. WHY IS THIS SOOO FUNNY. His face is really pissin me off and you’re so calm,” another commented.
“It’s the cookie crumbs still being on his mouth for me. You better than me. My reflexes too fast to be this calm,” a fourth person added.
Well, the TikToker rightly wasn’t going to let the incident slide and told the driver she would be taking it up further with DoorDash.

In a separate post, @diamondprestige_ showed the conversation she had with DoorDash and explained that she was ‘disgusted’ at the incident.
The conversation between herself and DoorDash showed that she had been refunded the $15 for her order and was informed by a worker that they would investigate the incident further.
“I’ll document this for the team to review and I assure you that the team will try to make sure that you won’t have to face the same issue ever again for you,” a worker explained.
