Kincer could now face time in federal prison if found guilty of the offence.
The charge sheet states Kincer was discovered with erectile dysfunction drugs listed as: Snovitra-20, Vilitra 20, Cenforce 100, Vidalista 20, Tadalafil Tablets 20, Kamini Sildenafil Oral Jelly, Kamagra Oral Jelly, and Vardenafil.

The drugs were allegedly found in Kincer's home on 18 October, 2018.

According to the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida, Kincer had plans to sell the drugs, not only locally but also 'outside the state of Florida' too.

Kincer now faces a potential one year in prison, as well as a fine of up to $10,000.
Other residents in the retirement village spoke to NBC, quick to leap to the Kincer's defense, one even calling him the 'neighbourhood pharmacist'.
"Absolutely, that's what we do," another said. "Help a girl out."

A third told the outlet: "I'm just sorry he got busted before I had a chance to buy from him."
However, it's not the first time Kincer has been 'busted' by law enforcement over drugs.
In 2020, he was arrested for possessing psilocybin, marijuana and MDMA.
A year later, he was found guilty and sentenced to three years probation, as per Sumter County court records.

In relation to the current charge he faces for the erectile dysfunction drugs, the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida's press release states: "An information is merely an allegation that a defendant has committed a federal criminal offense. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless, and until, proven guilty.
"This case is being investigated by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). It is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Hannah Nowalk."
