A woman has filed a lawsuit against a Ritz-Carlton hotel following her 'humiliating' stay.
The woman, who simply goes by Jane Doe in the filing, stayed at the California-based hotel Half Moon Bay with her husband in November 2022 for a four-night stay - but their trip ended in 'horror'.
In the lawsuit filed on October 12, Jane and John Doe are suing for sexual assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, and loss of consortium.
It comes after the woman claims to have drank 'semen-contaminated water' at the hotel.

On November 18 of last year, the pair asked the front desk for some water bottles, which were delivered to them 'moments later'.
But Jane Doe didn't drink the water until the middle of the night and, upon doing so, 'knew immediately that something was wrong with the liquid she had just swallowed', as per the lawsuit seen by Insider.
She then called hotel security with the hotel front desk going on to call police.
Following the ordeal, the Ritz-Carlton is said to have sent the water bottle off for testing which 'confirmed that the water contained semen'.

Despite this, the lawsuit alleges that the hotel is refusing to give the bottle or a copy of the test to the authorities.
As well as this, the Ritz-Carlton 'will not disclose the identities of the hotel employees on duty that day so that their backgrounds and criminal histories can be scrutinized'.
The suit adds that the 'deviant whose sexual proclivity was forcing people to drink the semen of a man who was not their partner or spouse remains unidentified, uncaptured, and his ongoing sexual deviance unabated'.

Apparently the couple, who have been married for 25 years and share three kids, have stayed at Marriott-branded hotels on hundreds of occasions.
At the hotel in question, room rates start at around $800.
Following the ordeal, apparently Marriott has offered John and Jane Doe 'a few measly Marriott rewards points - which, of course, could only be used for another anxiety-inducing stay at a Ritz-Carlton property'.

Terrence Jones, an attorney for Jane and John Doe at Cameron Jones law firm told the New York Post that the hotel group 'have been more concealing than cooperative'.
"One of our clients’ main concerns is that this deviant is caught so that no one else is victimized," he added.
UNILAD has contacted the Half Moon Bay hotel for comment.
