Two parents watched on in horror as they saw their home being raided by thieves from the doorbell camera.
Angelo Rodriguez and his wife were out for the evening while their two children were home with a babysitter on June 12 when a man posing as a delivery driver approached their door.
Dressed in a hi-vis jacket and holding what looked to be a package, he knocked on the door and waited for the babysitter to open it.

When he did so, the man allegedly forced his way into the home as two other armed robbers ran in too. As the whole thing was caught on Rodriguez's doorbell camera he phoned 911.
Not only did the thieves make off with jewelry and cash taken from the Colorado home, but Rodriguez's two children were reportedly assaulted during the raid.
Apparently his six-year-old son was pushed to the ground and his teenage daughter was touched inappropriately, MailOnline reports.

They both suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital at the time.
Aurora Police Department (APD) believe it may have been a targeted attack on the Rodriguez's property as they run their business from home.
Understandably, the ordeal has shaken Rodriguez's wife and kids.

"My wife doesn’t want to come out, doesn’t want to eat," he told Denver7. "My daughter won’t come out of her room."
Police have since issued a warning to people to stay vigilant for potential thieves posing as delivery drivers.
"APD is investigating a home invasion and armed robbery from Wednesday that began after several individuals claimed to be delivery workers," they penned on social media.

"They were dressed in construction vests and claimed they were there to drop a package off. The suspects were holding a package and waited for the residents of the home to open the door. When they did, the suspects forced their way in and robbed the family.
"APD reminds the community to be cautious of strangers at their door.
"Packages typically do not require a signature or that you physically accept the package."
Police added that genuine delivery drivers usually wear branded uniform.

"You may also consider alternate delivery options, like picking up your mail from a P.O. box. or choosing a 'Hold for Pickup' option," APD further suggested.
Anyone with information about the raid that took place earlier this month has been urged to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
