A mom-of-two tragically died in a freak accident during a cycling race last month.
The horror unfolded as the competitors sprinted towards the finish line at the sporting event on July 28.
Footage taken by a spectator appears to show how a cyclist went too close in front of Jaiane Souza Oliveira Fernandes after passing her.

The manoeuvre forced Jaiane, 34, to swerve into a sound truck parked on the race track in Baianópolis, north of Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
The impact caused a speaker stack from the truck to fall on top of her.
Another competitor also collided with the sound truck and was knocked off their bike but was unharmed.

Onsite medics rushed towards Jaiane and gave her first aid. She was then taken to a local hospital in critical condition, but she sadly died there a short while later from reported head injuries.
When police inspectors arrived on the scene to investigate, the sound truck was no longer there.
Jaiane was deeply passionate about cycling and often took part in local cycling competitions. She leaves behind a husband, who also took part in the competition, and twin boys.

The organisers, Dubai Bikers, wrote on social media: “The loss of this special person leaves a deep void in our hearts. May her memories and legacy bring comfort and strength.”
Jaiane’s funeral, attended by dozens of fellow cyclists, was held in Luís Eduardo Magalhães a day after her untimely passing on July 29.
Seventy cyclists from various cities were in attendance at the celebration of Jaiane's life, local radio station Cultura 104 reported.

A video posted on Instagram shows the cyclists riding behind the late 34-year-old's coffin.
People have been writing condolences and sending prayers to Jaiane's family in the wake of her death.
"My heart aches knowing that there will be a void in the hearts of the children that will never be filled," one person wrote online.

"May God comfort the hearts of all family and friends, especially children," said a second.
A third person who seemingly knew Jaiane personally penned: "Loved by everyone forever, thank you for being light in everyone's lives, I love you my eternal sister in soul and heart."
The police in Baianópolis are reportedly investigating the case.
