A bride wanted to make the ultimate entrance on her big day, but tragedy would strike as she made her way to her wedding in a helicopter.
A groom was left distraught and in shock when he learned how his wife-to-be died on the way to the ceremony.
Back in 2016, bride Rosemere do Nascimento Silva, from Sao Paolo in Brazil, hoped to surprise her future-husband, Udirley Damasceno, by arriving at their wedding ceremony by helicopter.

Unfortunately, Rosemere would never make it to the celebration, as the helicopter crashed only a mile from the wedding venue, in Osasco, in Greater São Paulo.
Video footage of the bride’s final moments has long circulated the internet with social media users being stunned by how quickly things went wrong.
The footage showed Rosemere flying with her brother, who was sitting next to her, the pilot and a photographer who was six months pregnant at the time.

The heartbreaking footage shows all four of them smiling to the camera, before things take a turn for the worse.
The footage appears to show the helicopter surrounded by fog before alarms begin to blast and the smiles turn to screams.
The camera footage then becomes unsteady, and the video continues as the helicopter plummets to the ground, killing all the passengers. The journey was only expected to take 15 minutes.

Sao Paolo police, as well as specialists in aeronautics, believe the helicopter likely hit a tree as a result of bad visibility with rain, fog and clouds. The helicopter, a Robinson 44, was discovered in a forest area.
Alongside Rosemere, the deceased were named pilot Peterson Pinheiro, Rosemere's brother, Silvano Nascimento da Silva, and pregnant photographer Nayla Cristina Neves.
While many people online have questioned why the pilot was flying with such poor visibility, an investigation into the crash shed more details on the situation.

According to a Globo report, the helicopter initially took off with good visibility at around 4 P.M on December 4, 2016, but after about 21 minutes the weather turned bad making it more difficult for the pilot.
Carlos Eduardo Batista, one of the organizers of Rosemere's wedding, said after the crash: "All brides have a dream and hers was to arrive by helicopter to their wedding without anyone knowing."
After learning of the fate of his would-be-wife, Udirley is said to have been in a state of complete shock.
