An Indonesian woman has fallen three floors to her death out of an open window while working out at a gym.
Terrifying footage has emerged of the seconds leading up to the woman's death, including the moment she backed off a treadmill and unsuspectingly tripped over the miniature one foot wall.
As she lost her balance, she plunged to her death at K-Gym fitness in Pontianak, West Kalimantan.

The incident took place last Tuesday (18 June), and it is believed that the 22-year-old lady involved had attended the gym with her boyfriend and younger sibling - although this has yet to be confirmed.
The footage, which UNILAD has chosen not to include, shows four other gym goers using the treadmills alongside the woman before she hopped off, unaware that the window behind her was open, and fell backwards.
Meanwhile, as she grappled for her life attempting to grip onto the window frame, the other fitness fanatics didn't seem to realise what was going on behind them and continued to exercise.

The ordeal in total, from when she hopped off the treadmill, to the moment she vanished from sight, lasted no more than three seconds.
The woman, who has been named only as FN - her initials - reportedly was asked by her boyfriend to work out with him on the second floor, but opted to use the treadmill above that.
All other windows by the row of treadmills appeared to be closed apart from the one behind the woman - who according to local media reports, was working out for 30 minutes prior to the accident.

From then she was taken to the nearest hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.
An autopsy reportedly revealed she suffered extensive bruising and lacerations to her head.
According to Berrita Satu, an Indonesian publisher, the Pontianak City Government, West Kalimantan will evaluate the licensing of K-Gym.
Head of the Pontianak City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service, Hidayati added: "This is a place where the treadmill has its back to the glass. It is very dangerous and there is no security.

"If we were exercising, accidents should have been anticipated. If someone falls, there must be security so that they don't fall straight down and die."
After the incident, operations of the fitness center located on Jalan Parit Haji Husein II, Southeast Pontianak were closed for three days to allow for an investigation by Pontianak Police's Criminal Investigation Unit.
