A man has opened up after 34 years about two friends who saw a UFO and were never seen again.
Alleged UFO sightings are not exactly a rare occurrence, usually it might be a plane from an awkward angle, or a weirdly shaped balloon.
There doesn’t seem to be a lot of truth or depth to any of these ‘sightings’, but this one is a slightly different story.

In 1990, two young men who worked as chefs at a hotel in the Scottish Highlands captured a picture that has never been explained.
Not only this, but the pair mysteriously disappeared after the sighting occurred.
Following on from this, 34 years later, a friend who worked with them has finally opened up about what happened on the day they saw the ‘UFO’.

At about 9pm on a hike, they creeped into a bush and managed to capture a picture of the mysteriously-shaped object.
Days later, whilst chatting with the other chefs on their lunch break, a dark car allegedly pulled up and two people dressed in black suits emerged.
They called the chefs by name and asked them to follow them ‘for a chat’.

Richard Grieve, who is choosing to tell the story over three decades later, has said that the next morning, the pair were ‘visibly shaken’ by whatever had happened to them.
Speaking exclusively to the MailOnline, Richard said: “Not long after that it all went a bit hush-hush and they started talking about being followed around.
“They stopped showing up for work, went off the rails and one began drinking heavily.
“He was sacked soon afterwards. The other, who was usually outgoing and larger than life, became introverted and sullen.

“Within a few months of the visit from the men in the car, they both left the hotel. I haven't seen them since.
“Whatever it was they knew, they were not meant to see it. They never really talked about it but one of them said: 'It was the Americans'.”
Richard, now in his eighties, claimed that he had been waiting for someone to contact him to tell this story for 30 years.

Despite not remembering the names of the two men, he claimed it is like they have ‘vanished off the face of the earth’.
A photography specialist, Andrew Robinson, has also taken a look at the photos, and carried out a detailed analysis. He claimed that there was no evidence that the pictures had been manipulated or edited in any way.
