Those with Apple devices are urging iPhone users to steer clear of downloading the newest iOS update.
iOS 18 was released in September and was quickly branded as 'terrible'.
One of the biggest gripes that people have had about it was the changes made to the Photos app, with some going as far as to claim it's now 'unusable'.
Taking to social media at the time, one person fumed: "The photos app after the iOS 18 update is actually the worst thing to happen to any apple product ever like wtf is this sh*t."

Now Apple has released the iOS 18.1.1 update - and it's been met with just as much criticism.
The update became available on November 19. 18.1.1 follows 18.1 and 18.01, which have also been released in recent weeks.
People have been sharing their thoughts of the latest update on Twitter, with one person penning: "iOS 18.1.1 is the nastiest piece of operating system omg."
Meanwhile, someone else branded it as 'the worst update ever'.

They said: "I wish I could bring back the last version, but I was told by customer support that some of my information would be lost and I would have to do a total reset on my phone.
"The new updated photo and video editing and structure is so frustrating and not easy to work with anymore. The 'favorites' are gone. There’s an entirely new format to view photos and videos and it’s not easy to navigate through. The old version was much better."
They continued to rant about video editing features and their passwords supposedly 'disappearing' from their homepage as they warned fellow iPhone users to 'research the changes' before committing to it.

Another person shared a chaotic screenshot of what it's like to use the latest update on their device.
Different users have branded it as 'unusable', while someone else said that the update has 'made almost everything unrecognisable'.

As per the Apple website, 18.1.1 has only made a small change in comparison to 18.1.
It states: "This update provides important security fixes and is recommended for all users."
Meanwhile 18.1 had a longer list of amendments including a new feature that allows people to record voice and video calls, a hearing test feature to provide 'scientifically validated hearing test results from the comfort of home', and fixing a Podcasts problem after unplayed episodes were showing up as having been played.
UNILAD have approached Apple for comment.
