A 12-year-old has been granted a temporary harassment protection order against The Flash actor Ezra Miller.
The child and their mother were granted the order at their local courthouse in Greenfield, Massachusetts, after an incident involving the actor and a neighbour, The Daily Beast has reported.
The Justice League and Fantastic Beasts star has recently been linked with a series of allegations and incidents, wirth them recently deactivating their Instagram account after posting a series of memes mocking the authorities, including one which read: "You can't touch me, I am in another universe."

Speaking to the Daily Beast, a neighbour explained the order had been issued after an incident on February 2 where Miller was 'under the influence' and then 'started screaming'.
They explained that Miller was armed and wearing a bulletproof vest during the incident which left them 'caught off-guard'.
The neighbour described the incident, saying: "They said, 'You don’t even know what the f**k you’re talking about. What did you say to me? What did you just say to me?'

"I was very caught off-guard. Then they opened up their jacket - they had this, like, big Sherpa jacket - and they opened up one side of their jacket, you could see a gun, and they said, ‘Talking like that could get you into a really serious situation.'"
The child, who was 11-years-old at the time of the incident, says they were 'really uncomfortable' during the whole event and felt 'scared to be around' Miller.
Last week, the parents of 18-year-old environmental activist Tokata Iron Eyes successfully petitioned the Standing Rock Sioux tribal court for a protective order for their daughter against Miller.

The court has said they are currently 'unable to locate' the actor, however, following accusations that they used threats of violence, fear, drugs, delusion and paranoia to 'hold sway' over the 18-year-old.
However, since the actor cannot currently be located, they have not yet been served with it.
This is the latest in a series of incidents Miller has been connected with as earlier this year, they were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in Hawaii after they began 'yelling obscenities' in a bar while other people were signing karaoke.
In another incident on Hawaii they were arrested for allegedly striking a woman with a chair.
