Bam Margera's wife Nicole Boyd has filed for divorce, according to People.
The publication obtained court documents stating that she filed to legally separate on Tuesday (14 Feburary), citing irreconcilable differences.
Boyd said the couple broke up on 14 September 2021 but she now felt 'compelled' to legally separate due to Margera's substance abuse and 'erratic behaviour'.

Boyd has asked for legal and physical custody of their five-year-old son Phoenix, allowing Margera visitation rights in the Los Angeles County region.
In a statement shared with People, Boyd's attorney David Glass said: "Nikki Margera felt compelled to file for legal separation from her husband, Bam Margera, due to his continuing drug and alcohol abuse, erratic behavior, and due to his failure to provide support for her and their son.
"Nikki has put everything she has into trying to get Bam to stay sober, and to trying to preserve her family."

The pair have been married since 2013, and following his most recent rehab stint last year, Boyd said in a statement shared with People through her attorney: "We love Bam, both as a husband and father.
"We pray that he will give it all he has this time at this new rehab facility so he can complete his treatment and come home to the family that loves him."
The news comes after Margera's Jackass co-star Steve-O said his friend is 'dying' and pleaded for him to get help.
Margera has been opening for Steve-O during his recent tour, with the pair being seen on stage together across the US.

A few weeks ago Margera took to Instagram, sharing an old photo of himself standing between Steve-O and Johnny Knoxville.
While he said he 'loved' Steve-O, he took a swipe at Knoxville, branding him a 'poser'.
The pair had a massive falling out over a year ago when Bam sued Knoxville and Paramount over wrongful termination from the Jackass Forever movie.

"One arm is a best friend who had my f**king back all along, another arm is a poser," the 43-year-old wrote. "A pro creation thief.
"If Jeff Tremaine was in this photo, he would be to greedy to fit. F**k jeff. Remember I tattooed that on me long ago jeff? It's because I knew who you were all along. @steveo much love and respect."
Clearly upset by the post, Steve-O stood up for his friend, and questioned why he was spreading such 'vile nonsense'.
The 48-year-old said that he wanted to help him get his life sorted out but that he couldn't.

"Bam, last night you had your five-year-old son with you on stage at my show, and you were blessed with the chance to spend another day or two with him - then as soon as you left my show, you stayed up all night getting loaded enough to think it was a good idea to post more vile nonsense like this," he wrote in a since deleted comment.
"I hope you understand how awful that is. You say you want to have a relationship with your son, but your actions guarantee the exact opposite will happen."
Steve-O added that it 'sucks' that he couldn't do anything to help him, and that that he was 'dying'.
