Busy Phillips is grateful for 'not injuring' herself after suffering a pretty frightening fall down a flight of steps.
The Freaks and Geeks actor questioned 'how am I not dead?' after sharing a video of the incident on social media.
Before posting the clip, the 43-year-old teased the footage on an October episode of her podcast Busy Philipps is Doing Her Best.
“I’m not gonna f***ing die falling down stairs, I can’t,” she said. “What a bummer. It’s not for me.”

The podcast host then poked fun at herself for pulling off a Jason Derulo-esque level fall at the Met Gala.
“That is literally in my head what was happening,” she added. “I was flying… when I landed on the sidewalk, I was looking up at the trees and I was like, ‘How am I not dead?’”
And now in the caption to her video, Phillips said: "2022 you broke my f**king heart in multiple ways but at least you didn’t kill me. Here's to 2023.
"Please enjoy this video of me miraculously tumbling down the front stoop in October and not injuring myself at all (also just fyi, I was sober).

"Listeners of the pod, this is for you and our collective light teams."

Another added: "But the pop up was so hardcore! Ear rings check / ears attached still, okay going back to watch again."

While someone else couldn't help but see the funny side, writing: "Oh m gosh I’m dying!!! Love you babe happiest of New Years to you love."
Well it seems that fans of White Chicks (2004), one of Busy's most popular films, have continuously asked for a sequel following the mega - cult status - success of the first movie.

Unfortunately, last year, we learnt that co-star Marlon Wayans – who co-wrote and starred in the original alongside brother Shawn – has given up on the idea altogether.
When asked by GQ about the potential for another film, he said: "Makeup movies, until they learn how to digitally do it, special effects wise [no thanks]. That’s a lot of work.
"Everybody’s like, ‘Do White Chicks 2,’ I’m like, ‘F**k yourself, you do White Chicks 2! I’m doing Black man movies'."
There you have it.
