Flo Rida has given an update after his son fell from the window of a five-story window, causing him to plummet 50 feet to the ground.
Six-year-old Zohar Dillard remains in intensive care after falling from a five-story window of his mother's rental property in a New Jersey apartment complex.
He fell onto the hard concrete floor earlier this month (March 4), according to a lawsuit filed by mom Alexis Adams, who is now suing the building's management company for negligence.

The young boy has suffered fractures in his pelvis and left foot, a lacerated liver, collapsed lungs and internal bleeding.
His famous father took to Instagram on Thursday evening (March 30) to thank people for their 'concerns and prayers'.
"Great day, thank you for everyone who reached out with their concerns and prayers for my son," the post read.

The rapper - real name Tramar Lacel Dillard - then updated fans on his son's condition, saying: "He is getting the best medical care and miraculously survived a tragic fall.
"I ask for your continued prayers as he undergoes rehabilitation but I would appreciate that this remain a private matter."
Zohar suffers from hydrocephalus, a neurological condition which causes an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid within cavities in the brain.
“As a single mom to a special-needs child, this feels like a nightmare. My heart is broken into a million pieces,” Adams said in a statement given to News12 New Jersey.

“I am devastated, angry and struggling to come to terms with the fact that my only child has suffered severe injuries due to willful negligence of our landlord and others involved in failing to take necessary safety measures.”
In the legal filings, Adams also accused Flo Rida of not covering Zohar's medical costs, with the lawsuit stating he has not financially helped with health insurance costs which were mandated by a court-ordered child support agreement back in 2018.
Flo Rida has not yet responded to these allegations, and UNILAD has previously reached out to his reps for a comment on the matter.

A neighbor in the apartment building has since expressed their disbelief over the child surviving the terrible drop.
James Lucas, 40, who lives on the sixth floor of the apartment block, told the Daily Mail: "He was just on the ground, not moving, I thought he wasn't going to live.
"I was just downstairs getting Chinese food and there were ambulance everywhere and I had no idea what had happened I just saw the kid, he looked lifeless."
He added: "I didn't even realize it was from the fifth floor until later. You can definitely, if you're a kid, stand on that sill, but my kids haven't been here I think they should look into window guards for sure.

"I couldn't believe he survived that, I mean the 5th floor, that's a drop. I was only down there for a few minutes, he was down there when I got there."
A woman, who has a daughter that lives a few doors down from Adams, also told the publication: "I'm just visiting my daughter but I remember her mentioning it, I didn't realize it was the fifth floor.
'I'm so surprised that these windows could have been opened by a child if that is what happened.
"These have screens on them as well. What an awful accident."
