Hugh Grant has been criticized for a rather blunt and 'rude' interview at the Academy Awards.
The British actor was pulled aside by Ashley Graham on the champagane carpet at this year's glitzy event and was asked if he was rooting for any of the nominees.

He brutally replied saying 'no one in particular'.
Graham tried to pivot to an easy awards show question about if Grant was wearing a label or designer that he wanted to give a shoutout to.
He said he's 'just wearing my suit'.
Ashley did her best to then mention something Grant had recently been in, which was Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.

But, good lord it seemed Grant didn't even care much about that.
Graham said it must have been enjoyable working on a project like that and he responded saying he was only in the movie for a few seconds.
She tried one more trick saying it must have been fun regardless of how long he was in the film.
"Almost," Grant said.

Man, talk about getting blood out a stone.
The footage has blown up on social media, with one viewer writing: "And the Oscar for the guy who totally doesn't want to be there goes to Hugh Grant."
Another added: "Anyone catch the eye roll Hugh Grant just gave after this live Oscars interview? Was he mad she called him a 'veteran' of the Oscars or was he just mad at the world?"

A third said: "Hugh Grant is the biggest D bag for this interview. Hugh, If you don't want to be there go home. Worst Oscars interviews ever."
A fourth commented with: "Is Hugh Grant just an arrogant d**k all the time? He was so rude to Ashley Graham on the red carpet, complete with an eye roll. Maybe he should stay home if he's too good for his industry of choice."
