Jennifer Garner has urged her fans to show ‘caution’ when it comes to ‘injecting anything into your face’ and advises people to ‘look in the mirror less’.
The 50-year-old star shared her opinions on the beauty industry and suggested that people shouldn’t rush into whacking a bunch of filler into their face.
She told Harper's Bazaar: “My advice is to look at the mirror less and be cautious when it comes to injecting anything into your face.

“Be very, very incredibly judicious and wait as absolutely long as possible to add anything. Don’t think that you’re 37 and you need to be shooting up your face.
“You don’t need to wear so much makeup or have such a constant blowout.”
Garner also advised people to spend less time looking at their own faces and to not become obsessive over how they look.

She went on: “Look in the mirror less, obsess less, and look at the rest of the world to see what you could be using your time for instead.
"We all look at our faces more than people used to, and it doesn’t do you any good. You obsess over changes or how to fix something on your face.”
Opening up about her own beauty regime, the youthful star said she keeps a good skin and hair regime so that she doesn’t need to ‘do anything major’ as she ages.

In the past, Garner has admitted to using Botox to keep wrinkles at bay, but said she didn’t like the effect they had on her face - leaving her looking 'frozen'.
Speaking in 2020, she told Real Simple: “I've gotten Botox a few times and I don't like it - I don't want a frozen face.”
Instead she said the best you can do for your skin is wear a high SPF every day.
“In your 20s, you don't care what you'll look like in your 50s, but someday you will,” she told the publication.

“That and cleansing your face every night, at least use the face wipes; people laugh when I say that because I've used them for so long but I use them, even in the middle of the day, after a hike and wearing SPF, they give you a fresh start. And take care of your neck. Enjoy your neck.”
