Kevin Costner has scored a big win during his bitter divorce proceedings with his estranged wife Christine Baumgartner.
A judge has upheld Costner's, 68, prenuptial agreement with Baumgartner, 49, and ordered that she must move out of their house by the end of July.

The judge has enforced a provision of the prenup which declares that, in the event of a divorce, Baumgartner would need to vacate their home within a number of days.
Now that it's been ruled on, she has until 31 July to leave the $145 million mansion she shares with the actor and their three children.
Baumgartner's lawyers had previously argued that this provision was unfair as it would not give her ample time to find somewhere adequate to live.
They had asked for an extension of this period until 15 August.

However, the judge sided with Costner's lawyers who had pointed to the prenup as proof that the period of time was a set agreement.
There's a hearing coming up in November where Baumgartner's lawyers will try and have the agreement rendered invalid.
Should the judge rule that the prenup is indeed valid, it would be very costly for Costner's ex-wife.
According to TMZ, Baumgartner would be ordered to repay her Hollywood hubby $1.5 million as well as pay for his legal fees.

The couple wed in September 2004 after six years of dating.
In the years since, they've brought three children into the world - two sons born in 2007 and 2009, and a daughter in 2010.
Baumgartner, who worked as a model and handbag designer, filed for divorce earlier this year.

At the time of the split, Costner's representatives said: "It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action.
"We ask that his, Christine's, and their children's privacy be respected as they navigate this difficult time."
Previously, Costner has spoken highly of his wife of 18 years.
Just last year, he told People: "My wife does things that just completely... It just helps. The house is prettier because of her.

"Everything is warmer because of her. There's these little things that she does and I think it's the power of love, but that she makes her home that way."
