Kim Kardashian has admitted she prefers to have the lights off when getting intimate in the bedroom.
From family drama and health problems to relationship breakdowns and pregnancy journeys - the queen of reality TV has built her empire on sharing the most up-close-and-personal details of her personal life onscreen.
However, while Kim has long-since become known as one of the most public-facing celebs out there, it's clear there are some situations when she prefers to be a tad more private and out of the spotlight - or any light for that matter.
In a recent episode of The Kardashians which aired today (8 June), the SKIMS founder met up with her older sister Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-husband Scott Disick.

The pair got to chatting about their love lives and opened up about what it was like navigating the dating climate as a public figure.
Speaking candidly in a confessional interview about her life as a singleton, Kim revealed: "I love hanging out with Scott, we’re both single right now so I feel like there’s a lot to talk about and a lot to navigate."
She added: "He always teaches me to have a sense of humor about it."

Jokingly, in a typical Disick-fashion, the father-of-three suggested that Kim date an 'older Italian businessman' to which she responded: "I don’t like the old thing but I don’t like the really young thing either."
The mother-of-four went on to admit that dating a younger suitor would make leave her feeling 'insecure'.
In a later confessional, Kim was asked if she was a 'lights off kind of girl', to which she responded 'kind of'.

She disclosed: "It’s so weird. But then I can walk out of a photo shoot with 100 people working on set, I can walk out in a thong, but if it’s like, you’re there with me, I’m like, 'Wait, don’t look at me! Turn the lights off!'"
At a later point in Kim and Scott's candid convo, she went on to discuss the 'awkward' realities inevitably attached to dating when being in the public eye.
She revealed: "What do those first dates look like? Behind doors, I can’t go out ... It’s kind of awkward. I’m like 'Hurry, get in! Hurry, hurry, so no one in the hallway sees you'."
The media personality went on to explain how her high-profile celebrity status can sometimes impact her romantic relationships in other ways.

One way, in particular, is how long she decides to date someone.
Kim added: "If you are seen with someone, then if it's starting to not work out, you almost have to try to make it work a little longer because you're so embarrassed that it was so quick."
