Millie Bobby Brown has opened up about how awkward it was filming a few scenes when she started on Stranger Things.
The actor, who plays Eleven in the hit Netflix series, was only 12 when the show kicked off.
In the first season, we get introduced to her character, who is a runaway from a secret medical testing facility for people with special powers.

She has a shaved head and virtually no knowledge of the outside world.
Eleven quickly discovers a love for waffles and demands to be fed them at any chance.
While her character might lap up the delicious food in the show, Millie feels very differently about it.

When asked in an interview by WIRED Auto Complete Interview whether she shared Eleven's affinity for waffles, Millie said: "No, I don’t.
"People think I do, but actually in Stranger Things I had a little spit bucket next to me and I’d spit into it because I couldn’t swallow the waffles because I’d gag.”
Now that's an extreme disdain for waffles.
To be fair, if you had to keep eating them again and again because they wanted to film the scene one more time, you'd probably get over it pretty quickly.

Thankfully for Brown, the waffles haven't made much of an appearance in later seasons.
In a separate interview, the 18-year-old revealed there was another awkward part of filming scenes.
She revealed back in 2016 that her kissing scenes with Finn Wolfhard, who plays Mike Wheeler in the show, was her first kiss.

Brown was asked in a Vanity Fair lie detector test: "You exclaimed ‘kissing sucks' after your first kiss with Finn Wolfhard. Is Finn just a lousy kisser?"
Millie responded: "He is."
The technician stated the teenage actor was telling the truth.
The questioner added: "So he hasn't gotten better?"

Brown responded: "Not with me. No."
Rough.
These revelations come a few days after Brown said she would love to play Britney Spears if there was ever a biopic made about the queen of pop's life.
She told Drew Barrymore: “I want to play a real person. I think [Britney's] story, first of all, resonates with me growing up in the public eye.
"Watching her videos, watching interviews of her when she was younger. Same thing with you.
“I see the scramble for words [in the interviews] and I don’t know her, but when I look at pictures of her, I feel like I could tell her story in the right way and hers only.”
