Jennifer Lopez has liked a pointed post online about relationships amid rumours that she and Ben Affleck may split.
Lopez liked the post by relationship coach Lenna Marsak which touched on some principles she thinks are important when building a relationship with someone.
The post on Instagram went into the principle of how someone needs to look after themselves as well if they want to build a healthy relationship.

It read: "You can't build a relationship with someone who is disconnected from themselves.
"We can't expect someone to see us when they can't even see themselves.
"Getting in a relationship is the easy part. Nurturing and fostering it is a different story.
"After all, love is not a feeling, it's action."

Given claims circulating that Lopez and Affleck's relationship may be going through a rough patch, the like has sent the rumour mill into overdrive.
It has been reported that Affleck is currently staying at a place in Brentwood, but has not been accompanied there by Lopez.
Meanwhile, Lopez was spotted entering a dance studio on Thursday, though she was still wearing her wedding ring in the images.

As for the post, the eyebrow-raising language didn't stop with the first slide as there were several others which contained similar messaging.
Another slide read that you can't build a relationship with someone who "Doesn't respect your time, doesn't think it's important to call/text back in a respectable time frame, repeatedly fails to follow through on their promises and lacks effective communication skills."
Affleck and Lopez have not been photographed together in public since March 30 when the pair were spotted holding hands in New York City.

Now, however, speculation about their future together has only intensified, with an insider even telling In Touch that the relationship was 'over'.
However, reports from 'insiders' have been conflicting, with another claiming that they are not splitting but are 'working on their relationship'.
Another source claimed that Affleck has moved out of the pair's marital home.
This claim was backed by TMZ which reported Affleck was spotted leaving another home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The source said: "He’s focusing on his work and his kids now. Ben already moved out and they’ll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for."
The pair first met in 2001 on the set of Gigli, and after an initial relationship didn't work out eventually reunited and married in Vegas in 2022.
