Channing Tatum has accused his ex-wife Jenna Dewan of trying to stall their divorce proceedings.
The pair have been locked in ongoing litigation over the distribution of the Magic Mike film franchise.
Now, the Blink Twice star has claimed that a motion filed by Dewan's legal team to dismiss his attorneys from Glaser Weil and Blank Rome is a 'delay tactic to prolong our divorce case.'

A statement from lawyers representing Tatum said that he 'has made exhaustive efforts to settle all issues in this matter without litigation'.
It added that Tatum made \countless settlement proposals, attended multiple mediations, his attorneys have prepared numerous drafts of a proposed judgment, and he has tried to resolve issues directly.'
Dewan made the filing for Tatum's lawyers to be dismissed from the proceedings, claiming that they had a conflict of interest.

She claims that this was because the lawyers were previously involved in selling parts of business entities owned by Tatum.
A filing made by Dewan denied the claims made by Tatum's representatives in the proceedings.
In the filing, Dewan accused Tatum of attempting to 'stall the trial proceedings by blocking the release of relevant and material documents regarding Magic Mike transactions that Jenna is entitled to receive.'
Court documents seen by PEOPLE said: “In reality, Channing is using every trick in the book to stall this case from getting to a trial. He is depriving Jenna of a fair and equal share of the community estate, and he is prejudicing her every day that this case continues."

They added: “As long as this divorce case lingers on, he will continue to enjoy the unfair benefit of collecting the ‘Magic Mike’ proceeds without paying Jenna her fair share – something he has been doing for years.”
Dewan filed for divorce from Tatum in October 2018 citing 'irreconcilable differences'.
The divorce itself was finalised in 2019, but Tatum and Dewan are still involved in legal wrangling over transactions connected to the Magic Mike franchise.

Dewan is claiming that she is owed a percentage of the proceeds from the franchise.
Tatum has previously acknowledged that Dewan is entitled to a cut but does not agree with her request for 50 percent.
Dewan has also accused Tatum of not handing over documentation which would be relevant to the proceedings.
The case continues.
