Man who claims to have been 'sexually assaulted' by Diddy at 10-years-old says he still has 'night terrors regularly'

Man who claims to have been 'sexually assaulted' by Diddy at 10-years-old says he still has 'night terrors regularly'

The unnamed man has spoken out about the lasting impact of the alleged sexual assault

A man has alleged that Sean 'Diddy' Combs sexually assaulted him when he was just ten-years-old and left him with 'night terrors regularly'.

The claims come as the unnamed male is suing Combs in the Supreme Court of New York County for the assault, which is reported to have happened in 2005.

The man alleges that he came to New York to be introduced to figures in the music industry as he was an aspiring rapper, and after meeting Combs, he was later sexually assaulted.

In court documents, as seen by PEOPLE, he claims that he was dropped off at Combs’ hotel room by a consultant hired by his parents. He accuses Combs of giving him. drink 'laced with drugs', which he believes to be the date rape drug GHB, which left him 'feeling funny'.

After this, he alleges Combs forced him to perform oral sex, telling the ten year old that 'you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.'

Following the event, the male claims he woke up in the hotel room with his 'anus and buttocks hurt badly' and his 'pants were undone.'

After confiding in his parents, he claims he and his family were left 'terrified' of reporting against such a public figure.

The sexual assault claims have now been filed 19 years later, with the male stating that he's been left with a lasting impact from the event.

The complaint documents state that he 'has suffered and continues to suffer from severe depression and anxiety, which leaves him hopeless and fatigued.'

"When in situations that remind him of the incident, he feels a strong sense of panic."

It adds: "He battles fears and night terrors regularly."

The male victim is currently being represented in court by lawyer Tony Buzbee, who is also representing other victims in the case.

Combs has been charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution, and is currently awaiting trial.

Alongside the charges, Combs has been hit with a series of allegations from multiple accusers who have shared their claims in lawsuits.

He has denied all of the accusations against him.

LadBible Group reached out to Comb's legal team on this story, who responded: "The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number.

"As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.

"Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor."
