Hundreds of famous faces have featured on Hot Ones, but one that's yet to do so is Dwayne Johnson.
From Heidi Klum and Jennifer Lawrence, to Conan O'Brien and Daniel Radcliffe, some of the biggest names in showbiz have sat sown with Hot Ones host Sean Evans.
But Hot Ones is far from your usual chat show; the celebrities who feature on it have to eat a series of chicken wings, each coated in varying levels of spicy sauce, all while answering Evans' questions.
But Johnson, also known as The Rock to WWE fans, hasn't featured on the show yet, despite being an ideal candidate to do so.

Apparently Evans and his team have been pitching for years for the Moana star to come on Hot Ones, and on the one occasion they came close to achieving their goal, they had an usual request from Johnson's team.
Evans explained to Bloomberg: "We've been pitching [The Rock] obviously for years and one time I got a note back that was like, ‘would you be willing to do, instead of wings, grilled salmon strips?'
"In my head I was like, that had to come from his mouth," Evans added. "That's as close as we’ve gotten. And then it fell through."
He didn't explain why it all fell through, however.

Evans first A-list booking on Hot Ones was Johnson's close pal and Jumanji co-star Kevin Hart back in 2016.
Fast forward to this year and he has now interviewed over 300 celebs.
Dozens of them have gone viral for a variety of reasons, but one that might spring to mind for many is Jennifer Lawrence's interview last year.

Doing the media rounds for her movie No Hard Feelings, Lawrence sat down with Evans and quickly found herself becoming a meme - something she's no stranger to after her infamous fall at the 2013 Oscars.
The actress got to the eighth round of chicken wings when she started to waiver, so much so she was reduced to tears from the spiciness.
At one stage Lawrence repeatedly asked Evans 'what do you mean?' coupled with an extremely pained face, thus the perfect meme was born.

Idris Elba also found himself being made into a meme after he ended up having a coughing fit because the sauce was so spicy.
While I'd never personally volunteer myself to go on the show, you have to admit that it makes for brilliant content.
