It comes just four months after the 21-year-old, of Essex in England, shared on her YouTube channel that she was pregnant.
"I’m so excited to be doing this video, I’ve been hiding this for a super long time," she said, at the time she was five months pregnant.
Grace continued: "As a very paranoid and anxious person, I always like to wait until I’m at least around the 20-week mark."
Before assuring her fans that her baby was doing well and everything was fine, she added: "I’ve had both of my scans and everything’s been fine so far, which is really good."

While in the same video she shared her excitement that her son River, who will turn two next month, will have a little sibling to play with - she didn't allude to whether she was having a boy or girl.
Although by the look of her latest Instagram post, with the newborn wearing pink as well as white frilly socks, it appears she may have a baby daughter on her hands!
Speaking in the August video, Grace said: "It’s going to be so nice for him to have a younger sibling. And because they’re quite close in age, they can grow up together, and I just think that’s really sweet.

"I always wanted a sibling that was really close in age and I didn’t have that, so I want to do that for River."
Grace rose to internet superstardom after performing a cover of Nicki Minaj's ‘Super Bass’ with her cousin Rosie McClelland on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in October 2011.
This came after their parents posted a clip of them singing the track on YouTube.

They were eight and five years old respectively when they became regular guests on Ellen. They returned numerous times as a firm favorite act and the singing cousins even went on to get their own segment - called 'Tea Time with Sophia Grace and Rosie' - where they interviewed celebrities themselves.
The pair even appeared on the show over a decade later, where they performed the song again in front of a live audience.
