We Got It Made star Teri Copley has spoken out in response to John Stamos' claims she cheated on him with Tony Danza.
Star of ABC soap General Hospital John Stamos' new memoir If You Would Have Told Me was released onto shelves today (Tuesday, 24 October).
The book reveals details of the 60-year-old actor's life never publicly divulged before, including an accusation against former girlfriend, Teri Copley.

Copley and Stamos dated in the 80s, up until Stamos walked in on Copley in bed with star of TV drama Taxi, Tony Danza, the memoir claims.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Stamos said it was 'physically painful' when he arrived at Copley's guesthouse to find her in bed asleep with Danza.
Stamos said: "At first I was like, ‘I'm going to kick his…’ I didn't know it was [Danza] yet. I see his abs. I'm like, ‘Maybe not. F--- it.’ And I ran.

"But I remember running down the driveway with tears streaming down my face and I didn't want anyone to see me."
However, Copley claims the pair had already parted ways by the time Stamos walked in on her in bed with Danza.
Giving her version of events to PEOPLE, she said: "I wondered, 'What was John doing there?' because we had broken up.

"He just looked at me and shook his head, and walked away."
Whether there was cheating involved or not, Stamos doesn't appear to hold any grudge against Copley, noting she's 'just a nice person'.
He said: "I mean, it wasn't right to cheat on me, but I was too immature; I wasn't a man. I didn't become a man for a long time and I think she was... I don't know. I was broken."

Stamos added the only reason he decided to air the alleged dirty laundry in his memoir was 'to find relatable things that happened in [his] life' for readers.
Stamos resolved: "I think everybody thinks, like, ‘Oh, this guy's got no problems. I'm sure he's never been cheated on.’
"[When people do get cheated on] It's like, ‘Oh, she left me because I don't have enough money,’ or ‘I'm not good-looking,’ or this and that.”
"And then you look at me and I go, ‘Well, he had all those things'. People are s**t. And it's life."
