Michael Douglas shocked panel members during an appearance on The View.
The star of Basic Instinct had been chatting with the panel members on The View about his relationship with his wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Many celebrities might choose to keep their private life, well, private, but Douglas shared some rather intimate details of his relationship with his wife.

The pair have been married for some 24 years after getting engaged in 1999 and tying the knot in 2000.
Since then, the pair have stuck together, despite a rough patch in 2013 when the pair briefly separated before reconciling.
And it seems that despite being married for some 24 years now, Douglas and Zeta-Jones know full well how to keep things exciting in their marriage, if Douglas' confession is anything to go by.
While speaking with the panel on The View, he revealed that the pair sometimes play golf together, and can get a little competitive while teeing off.

This can seemingly sometimes involve forfeits for the loser.
Panellist Alyssa Farah Griffin asked Douglas, 79, about the forfeits when he loses, saying: "What does she make you do when you lose to her?"
Douglas' blunt reply left the panel in stitches, as he revealed what his forfeit is for losing at golf.

He said: "Whip it out. She says, 'You've gotta whip it out', 'Drop the trou and whip it out.'"
Presumably Douglas was not referring to one of his woods.
As the dust settled from Douglas' surprising admission, he went on to talk about how the pair are keeping the magic alive.
A still shocked Alyssa teased: "That's the secret to a marriage."

Douglas replied: "I'm going to be 80 in September, so now I play off of ladies tees, too, so I don't have to do that anymore."
Douglas has previously opened up about the hard work that can go into maintaining a relationship over the years.
He said: "True love takes work. Love is an extraordinary feeling that comes from the bottom of your soul, but has to be nurtured, you know.

"The thing I’ve learned about getting older is you can’t take love for granted. You protect it, nurture it, and it grows, and after one’s initial, physical, emotional aspects, it becomes deeper."
Since first getting married in 2000, the pair have gone on to have two children together, 23-year-old son Dylan and 19-year-old daughter Carys, with Douglas also having son Cameron Douglas, 45, from his first marriage.
