If you've watched Netflix's new series A Man in Full, you'll have scene that controversial bedroom scene.
The series recently dropped on the streaming platform, with the comedy drama following the life of Charlie Croker (played by Jeff Daniels).
Its synopsis reads: "[A Man in Full] follows an Atlanta real estate mogul as he faces sudden bankruptcy, and tries to defend his empire from those attempting to capitalize on his fall from grace."
Adding to his ongoing woes, Croker's wife cheats on him in the series with Tom Pelphrey's character, Raymond Peepgrass.

Croker walks in on his wife's extra marital affairs, and she flees the room - leaving Peepgrass and his erect penis to face her husband.
While having someone march in on you in undeniably a bit of a mood killer, Peepgrass remained erect after having taken viagra.
The scene in question caused a bit of a stir with viewers, with many Netflix fans questioning if it was necessary.

Mary Killen - columnist at the Spectator - voiced: "I don't want to see graphic sexual images when I'm watching a drama. There is too much already and it is reducing us to no better than barnyard animals.
"Viewers shouldn't be forced to see pornography. This trend will end in tears as it's depressing, unmysterious and taking away some of life's magic."
Now, Pelphrey has addressed the backlash, while also revealing where it was really his manhood we saw.
“All my wheels were turning because at that time, Kaley [Cuoco] was pregnant. I knew I was going to be a dad and all of a sudden, I just started thinking about everything different, like, ‘Oh, God, do I want to have my clothes off on camera?’" he told Variety.

"All things that literally have never crossed my mind, truly. I’m always like, ‘That makes sense, let’s do it!’ All of a sudden I’m like, ‘I’m gonna have a kid, I don’t know if I want her to see this!'"
Pelphrey continued: "Based on the text, we thought it was kind of funny that this little buggy Raymond Peepgrass might have a f**king big d**k."
Was it his, I hear you ask?

No. Pelphrey was actually wearing a prosthetic for the questionable scene.
With the backlash the series has faced in mind, A Man in Full currently has a rather unfavorable score on Rotten Tomatoes.
At the time of writing, it has just a 44 percent Audience Score.
