There was an unexpected guest at Taylor Swift’s concert on Sunday – a bug she accidentally swallowed.
The ‘Karma’ hit-maker shocked all the Swifties in attendance at her Soldier Field concert stop in Chicago on Sunday with her surprise confession.

The crowd laughed as Taylor turned around again and touched her neck. “Oh, delicious,” she quipped. “Is there any chance no one saw that?” she jokingly asked thousands of fans.
The twelve-time Grammy winner sighed, “It’s fine,” before confessing, “I’ve swallowed it.”
The Pennsylvania native continued: “So, I’m just going to try to not do as many of those… this is going to happen again tonight. There’s so many bugs. There’s a thousand of them.”
The unexpected bug cameo happened in between songs during the Evermore portion of her greatest hits Eras Tour.

What the cheeky bug in Chicago likely didn’t know is that it actually had a chance to ‘meet’ the second richest self-made woman in music.
Swift has an estimated net worth of $740 million, according to Forbes' 2023 list of America's Richest Self-Made Women, putting her ahead of music legends like Madonna and Beyoncé.
However, the ‘Vogue’ musician and Renaissance titan aren’t doing too badly themselves, with their net worths being reported at $580 million and $450 million respectively.

Beyond unexpected bugs, Swift’s Eras Tour has made headlines for all sorts of shenanigans from fans and the tour crew alike, including a dad who was caught gooogling how long the three-hour show lasts and a security guard who was filmed having the time of his life singing along to “I Knew You Were Trouble”.
Speaking of security guards becoming the centre of attention at live gigs, Swift’s rumoured boyfriend, Matty Healy, kissed a security guard while performing with his band, The 1975, at the 2023 NorthSide Festival.
