A restaurant server has gone on a passionate rant about 'slave' like conditions while working for a family-owned businesses.
The woman has gone viral for outlining all the reasons why she will never work in a family-owned restaurant again.

TikToker @aprilhudelson believes that family-owned restaurants will 'will work you until you can’t f**king work anymore' if you are not part of the household.

She's complained about the struggle of not being able to get time off work and how she's encouraged not to hand out extra sauces or dressings to customers without charge.
Chicken nugget fans can certainly relate to that one.
April slams the family-owned business model and claims 'you are their slave, not their employee'.
She applauds chain restaurants for understanding that the role is temporary and the staff turnaround is quite high.
