Gymfluencer Joey Swoll has once again hit out at a fitness fanatic crossing a line in a scathing social media rant.
Swoll has already unleashed his fury on a gymgoer taking explicit pictures in the locker room, and another whose workout he deemed 'inappropriate'.
Now he's taking aim at an Instagram user caught filming a woman without her consent.

You can watch him absolutely destroy the guy below:
The original poster took umbrage with the woman deciding to use the treadmill directly next to them rather than choosing a different machine in the area.
While the woman did not verbally respond to the annoyed poster, Joey Swoll stitched the TikTok to criticize the poster’s conduct in the video.

“You really think it’s okay to treat someone this way? Why?” Joey asked.
“She doesn’t talk to you, she doesn’t look at you, and even when you address her and disrespect her she still doesn’t talk to you or even care that you’re there.”
Swoll then turns his attention to the caption of the original poster in which they call the woman 'a creep' for choosing to use the treadmill next to them.

“You know what’s really creepy? Filming someone without their consent to post on social media and shame them,” Swoll added. “You have no right to tell her, or anyone what they can and can’t use at the gym.
“If you can’t handle that, buy a treadmill and do it at home.”
While some disagreements ensued in the comments of Swoll’s video regarding whether the woman should’ve picked the treadmill that she did, most agreed with Swoll’s assessment that the original post was unnecessarily impolite to their fellow gym-goer for that decision.
“Recording and putting her online was wrong,” said one comment, while another said: “I swear people have no manners anymore.”

Others explained the reasons why she might’ve chosen the specific treadmill that she did and not an available one in a different location.
“People have their preferred treadmills. Maybe it is the light. Or the proximity to a TV screen. Whatever the reason, they can choose whichever one they want,” explained another commenter.
“If you feel so strongly about it, then move!”

Instances like this have made many gymgoers request that gyms implement no-camera policies to avoid being recorded and posted to social media without their consent.
