A woman had an embarrassing mishap when she had her AirPod in her hand while going to take her vitamins.
I'm sure you can see where this is going.
Tanna Barker, 52, from Utah, had been catching up with a friend when she realized that she needed to take her vitamin supplement.

Unfortunately, she had an Apple AirPod headphone in her hand, and was so engrossed in talking to her friend that she accidentally swallowed the wrong thing.
You might be thinking that an AirPod looks nothing like a tablet, how on earth could you mix those two things up? But Tanna explained that she thought the tablet was an odd shape because it was a couple of capsules which had become stuck together in the pack, as sometimes happens.
After she had swallowed the object she felt something wasn't right, but thought it was just that her pills had gotten stuck in her throat, so kept drinking more water to wash it down properly.

Fortunately, there have not been any serious side effects, and Tanna has taken the incident in good humor.
In a video posted to TikTok, she said: "I'm gonna be very vulnerable right now. I had a situation happened this morning that I'm still dealing with.
"And so this morning I was on my walk and I ran into a friend of mine, and I haven't seen her for a year.
"She was filling me in on her life. And it's been very, very busy and full and a lot went on actually.

"And halfway through the through my walk, I decided to take my vitamins."
Tanna added: "I put my vitamins in, took a drink, and I was like, man, those are stuck. So I guzzled my water, kept on going said to go by Kathleen and went to go get my AirPod. And my pills were in my hand. I swallowed my AirPod.
"So I have now called a lot of people, doctors and friends of mine, and they all suggested the same thing.

"So I'm gonna go along with what they suggested. I don't know if anybody has ever done that. It's embarrassing.
"But I did it, and we'll see what happens. I'm going to follow the advice of professionals.
"There's a bonus, I still have my right AirPod."
Tanna was advised to let the headphone pass naturally. That only leaves one burning question, will it still work?
