George Clooney and Julia Roberts have joked that they shot their kissing scene 80 times to get it right.
The iconic actors, who first starred opposite each other in Ocean's Eleven, are back for a new film - Ticket to Paradise.
Directed by Ol Parker, the new film casts Clooney and Roberts as a bickering divorced couple trying to split up their daughter's engagement to a seaweed farmer she met while travelling.

Despite their on-screen jabs, Clooney and Roberts have been friends for sometime and are quick to tease each other.
Well, when recounting one scene from the new movie where they kiss to The Times, the pair joked that it took a ridiculous number of takes.

Roberts explained how there was 'one kiss [in the film]': "And we did it for, like, six months."
Clooney then added: "Yeah. I told my wife, 'It took 80 takes'. She was like, 'What the hell?'" To be fair, Amal has a point!
But, Roberts quickly assured that 'it took 79 takes of us laughing and then the one take of us kissing'.

Still, that's the kind of hard work and dedication it takes to 'get it right.'
That's not the only thing Clooney said about on screen kissing, though, with the actor explaining a pretty awkward note her got from a director early in his career: "I remember early on in my career, I had to do a kissing scene with this girl and the director goes, 'Not like that.'
"And I was like, 'Dude, that’s my move! That’s what I do in real life!'
And honestly, that's not the feedback you want to hear when you're trying to film the perfect on screen kiss.

Still, it seems like the pair had a great time filming together, with them even busting their most embarrassing dance moves for a scene in the film.
"It was sort of that same way here, because everyone had plans for how we should dance, and then we were like, 'well, actually we've got some really bad dance moves in real life'," Roberts said.
Clooney then added: "Julia and I have done all those moves before, that’s the sickest part."
