We all have a game show that we think we could crush if we managed to get on as a contestant.
Whether that's actually true or not, who knows, but it seem like a pretty safe bet that most of us could probably do better than the people on a Wheel of Fortune clip that has gone viral this week.
For those who don't know, the iconic game show asks contestants to guess a common catchphrase by filling in the blanks. In this episode, players were given a seemingly simple phrase, with most of the letters already filled in.

Easy money, right? Well, ask the clip shows, for these contestants, it was anything but.
The phrase contestants were trying to guess was 'Another Feather In Your Cap', and with all but four letters filled in, one of the players decided to go for it and make a guess.
She got close, guessing 'Another Feather In Your Hat', but it wasn't quite the right answer.

As the game moved onto the next contestant, it seemed certain he'd take the prize, but Christopher came up empty too, bizarrely guessing that the phrase included the letter 'G'.
Obviously, it didn't, so the wheel spun again. The next contestant, Thomas, landed on bankruptcy, so the game was back in the hands of the original contestant, Laura, who shot wide of the goal again by guessing 'Another Feather In Your Lap'.
This went on for some time, until Christopher finally managed to guess that the puzzle included a 'C' before eventually chiming in with the right answer.

The clip was instantly uploaded to YouTube, leaving viewers absolutely spitting feathers at the contestants' combined performance.
'This was absolutely one of the funniest and at the same time saddest things I have ever seen,' one person commented, with another writing, 'The lack of studio audience makes this 100x better. Just sitting in the silence.'
'This is pretty much an SNL skit, wow,' someone else joked.
Incredibly, according to the channel that posted the clip to YouTube, the calamitous sequence of events marked the first time in 25 years that eight consecutive turns had been missed on Wheel of Fortune, which really does just go to show that while quiz shows may not be as easy as they look on TV, they're definitely not meant to be that hard.
