Viking fans will want to listen up as there's a series that Netflix viewers are loving.
There have been dozens of viking-related films and TV shows over the years: from The Last Kingdom and Barbarians, to The Northman and Ragnarok: The Viking Apocalypse.
And it's unlikely people's interest in the period of time will waver anytime soon, and for those who have a keen interest in the Scandinavian seafaring pirates, there's another Netflix series you'll probably want to check out.

Released on the popular streaming platform in 2021, Vikings: Valhalla is still creating a storm.
A follow-up to the series Vikings, the show is set 100 years later and follows Leif Erikson (Sam Corlett), among many other real historical figures, as tensions rise between the English and Viking descendants - leading to a huge, bloody war.
Sharing a snap of the promotional poster on Netflix Bangers yesterday (March 26), one person raved: "Anyone watched or watching this masterpiece? Well if you are a VIKINGS fan you simply can’t avoid it."

Netflix has confirmed that the third and final season will land on the streaming platform in 2024 - but are yet to give an exact date.
Vikings: Valhalla co-creator and executive producer Jeb Stuart said of the show drawing to a close: "When we started this project five years ago, I worked hard with this incredible cast and crew to craft a journey that we all hoped would be satisfying.
"Of course with real historical figures, there are always more aspects of their lives that could be explored, but it made sense storywise for our Leif, Freydís, and Harald’s voyages to end with our third season.

"And we really cannot wait for the fans to see the conclusion of this chapter of history."
Stuart continued to say he was 'grateful' for having three seasons to tell Leif, Freydís, and Harald's stories.
"I knew from the beginning that I wanted to show the evolution of how three of the most famous Vikings became the icons we know today, and we have done just that," he went on.
"I hope when the audience gets to see the new season, they’ll be excited by all the new heights that we’ve taken these heroes."
