People are flocking to social media in praise of Jennifer Lawrence for her 'badass' role in her latest rom-com.
The X-rated movie may've come out last year, but some people are only stumbling across it for the first time. So, if you've already re-watched Silver Linings Playbook and The Hunger Games multiple times, but want to catch Lawrence in another iconic role, then buckle up.
No Hard Feelings sees Lawrence take on the role of a woman called Maddie who's severely strapped for cash and in need of a job to help ensure she doesn't lose her childhood home.

And who should come along but a wealthy couple, Allison and Laird Becker (Laura Benanti and Matthew Broderick) desperate to try and coax their 19-year-old son Percy (Andrew Barth Feldman) out of his introverted shell and get him on the dating scene.
So, naturally, the Beckers decide to hire Maddie to help and well, the chaos ensues from there.
The synopsis reads: "Maddie thinks she's found the answer to her financial troubles when she discovers an intriguing job listing: wealthy helicopter parents looking for someone to 'date' their introverted 19-year-old son, Percy, and bring him out of his shell before he leaves for college.
"But awkward Percy proves to be a real challenge, and time is running out. She has one summer to make him a man or lose it all."

No Hard Feelings was first released in June 2023 and later became available on Netflix in the US.
While the talk surrounding the movie is mostly around the, erm, nudity, many fans are praising one particular scene which actually has nothing X-rated in it.
Midway through the flick, Maddie and Percy agree to go on a date to make up for the proms they both skipped when back at high school.

As they are seated together in a posh restaurant, Maddie notices a piano in the centre of the dining room.
She quickly pressures Percy to go and play something for her. He decides to play a slowed-down version of Daryl Hall and John Oates’ 'Maneater', a song that Percy previously told Maddie used to scare him as a child.
When he returns to his seat after performing the track, a shocked Maddie tells him: "What the f**k? That was unbelievable. How did you even know that song?”

And it's safe to say many on social media had a similar reaction to the scene, with many flocking to X to give their reactions.
"Maneater piano scene in no hard feelings >>> ," one person penned.
A second added: "You’ll probably hear a lot of chatter about THAT scene of Jennifer Lawrence on the beach, but THIS scene stole the movie for me. It’s pure cinema."

While a third remarked: "No Hard Feelings surprised the hell outta me. I loved it. And that piano cover of Maneater... perfect."
And a fourth resolved: "So I finally got around to watching 'No Hard Feelings.'. I urge you ALL to go watch this stupid movie. It’s not bad. It’s got some good bits.
"And it’s got one of THE better scenes in movie history. Jennifer Lawrence, YOU are a badass."
