The Turner twins are readying themselves for their next diet challenge.
Last week, Hugo and Ross Turner looked to UNILAD readers to help them decide what kind of challenge they should do next.
Hugo and Ross have already done a handful of studies, including meat vs vegan diets, and high carb vs high fat diets.

With the pair being identical twins, it makes them the perfect candidates for such studies and to see how their respective diets impact their bodies.
Their meat vs vegan study in particular garnered a lot of attention. Hugo went vegan, while Ross ate a typical meat, fish and dairy diet – and both of them experienced changes.
Weight wise, Hugo dropped four pounds and one percent of his body fat. On the other hand, Ross gained 10 pounds of muscle but also put on fat, bringing his end body fat percentage up from 13 to 15 percent.

Following their recent high carb vs high fat challenge, Ross and Hugo wanted some help in choosing what to embark on next.
Giving UNILAD readers the power to choose, people were given three options to choose from in an online poll: fasting vs non-fasting, 1 vs 12 rep workouts, and ab simulation pads vs sit ups.
And the results are in...

Nearly half of respondents voted for Hugo and Ross to take on fasting vs non-fasting diets to see how it impacts their bodies.
Speaking to UNILAD about the decision, the pair said: "We’re excited to start our next 12-week fitness study — fasting v non-fasting — because like all of our other studies, we discover something new in the results that others can apply into their daily lives."
The Turner twins hope to get the ball rolling on the new fitness study in the coming weeks.
The duo don't plan on stopping doing their studies anytime soon, either.
When asked how long they'll keep doing the diet and fitness challenges, Ross said: "As long as we can, I think. We're very lucky to get to work together and we're very lucky that we're twins within this market."

Ross, who with Hugo, has broken the world record for tandem electric flight over the French Alps, continued: "We enjoy it and we're supported by some amazing sponsors and brands, and as long as they continue to support us and believe in what we're doing, which is all about learning about the world through technology and adventure, then hopefully do it for as long as possible."
