A man with three penises really does leave a lot to unpack about his...package, but amazingly this British man was the second person in history with the condition.
All jokes aside, this story really is a handful, seemingly like this man’s...nevermind.
Unfortunately, the world would not learn of this man’s rare condition until after his death.

A 78-year-old man from Birmingham, UK, donated his body University of Birmingham Medical School following his death and it was here that the discovery was made this month.
Students likely were left more than a little startled when they began dissecting him and found his abnormal anatomy.
Doctors at the school highlighted just how rare it was for an individual to be born with more than one penis, let alone three.

They stated that there are only 100 cases recorded or diphallia (having two penises), across the world and there was only one other recorded example of a person with three.
The only other recorded case of triphallia was back in 2020 when a three-month baby that remained anonymous was discovered to have the condition.
While you might think a man with three members might be a little cocky, doctors have suggested the elderly guy might not have even been aware he had three due to their placement.
Only one of the three penises was actually functional - the other two were attached within the skin of the scrotum sac.

Which is why doctors believe the man may not have been aware of how much penis he was actually packing.
The primary and secondary penises shared a urethra, which ‘coursed through the secondary penis prior to its passage through the primary penis.’
Researchers at the Journal of Medical Case Reports wrote this month: "These penile morphological abnormalities may not have been identified during his life.

"However, he may have lived with functional deficits due to the abnormal anatomy of the region, which may include urinary tract infections, erectile dysfunction or fertility issues."
But while it might seem hard to understand how the man didn’t know, a diagram provided in the journal makes it clear how it could have easily been missed.
It is even possible the man simply believed he had an oddly shaped scrotum rather than extra appendages.
In the journal the scientists also wrote that polyphallia, the condition of having multiple penises, is likely to be more common than previously thought.
