Lindsay Shiver is coming home for Christmas, despite pleas of ex-NFL player husband who she allegedly tried to have killed.
Earlier this year, Lindsay's alleged murder-for-hire plot was rumbled by police, sparking the former beauty queen's arrest.
Video footage released in August showed the moment police were called to Lindsay's home - which she shared with her now-estranged husband Robert Shiver - following reports of a confrontation between the pair.
This was the same day the mom-of-three reportedly planned Robert's murder, and she was later arrested.

Robert had filed for divorce from his wife, whom he wed in 2007, back in April of this year.
Shortly before the video was released, texts were revealed that appeared to show Lindsay messaging her boyfriend and a hitman, two Bahaman natives, discussing killing Robert.
Her boyfriend was named as Terrance Bethel, 28, and the alleged hitman as Faron Newbold, 29.
Robert and Lindsay shared a second home in the Caribbean country.

The alleged plot came to light after Terrance became a suspect in an unrelated burglary, which led to his phone being obtained in a search warrant.
Police recovered the messages on Terrance's phone and went on to inform Robert of the nature of the texts and arrested Lindsay, Terrance and Faron.
The 36-year-old mom has since been held in the Bahamas and, while she was released on bail on a $100,000 bond from Fox Hill Prison in August, she hasn't been able to return to the US.

Terrance and Faran were released from custody six days earlier after each posted a $20,000 bond.
But with Christmas just around the corner, a judge as granted her request to come home to be with her three children, all of whom are under the age of 12.
Under the terms of her request, Lindsay is allowed to go to her parent's home in Alabama and must wear an ankle monitor.

She's forbidden from going to Georgia - where she used to reside with Robert.
Ahead of the judge's decision, former NFL-player Robert pleaded that Lindsay remained in the Bahamas.
"After reviewing the indictment, this was a situation close to happening... I’m concerned for the safety of myself," he said, before labelling himself as being 'lucky to be alive'.
Lindsay is set to stand trial for murder-for-hire in March, where she will have to return to the Bahamas to face a judge and jury.

Her attorney Owen C.B. Wells has said to CourtTV in the wake of her release to the US: "Her attorneys will continue to prepare for trial, and we look forward to vigorously defending Lindsay because she is innocent."
